    Typical Gabor comfort

    As a customer of Gabor shoes for over 40 years now, I expect a certain standard of comfort and quality, and these do not disappoint. My only criticism would be that they are a little difficult to get on if, like me, you have a high instep - but I expect that, anyway - and the leather is a little stiff around the ankle, but is already softening with wear

    I am very happy with the purchase, though the box arrived a little battered. My wife already owns a pair of these boots and is happy with them. They are a Christmas present this time and so she has not had them but I was impressed with Jones who I phoned to ensure an after Christmas return would be possible ant the lady on the phone was delightful/

    Loved the boots but not quite an ideal fit as they slipped at the heel when I walked in them and the smaller size would have been too narrow across the forefoot
